The Ace App is horrible first click. Forced to a map search and NEVER RETURNS A LIST OF LOCATIO S TO PICK FROM. I told the app use location ONLY WHEN APP IS IN USE. GREAT STORE. CRAPPY APP. PROGRAMMERS NEED TO FIX THIS WASTE OF AN APP.

This app is the WORST! They hook you into downloading it promising a $5 reward bonus that never appears. After multiple calls and emails they say that at least 5 specific criteria must be satisfied for it to be applied. This is classic bait and switch. And the app itself is horrible. It locks up during checkout, and when I tried to remove an item from my cart by hitting the "remove" button--NOTHING!

I am not able to add my Ace Rewatds to my Apple Wallet. From what I have read is this issue has been around for over 6 months and that is unsatisfactory for a business not at least respond to their customers when they bring up an issue. Until this issue is address I won't be looking at shopping at or recommending Ace Hardware to anyone. Since they won't address the issues until it starts affecting their wallet...

Very buggy app. Really bad. Ace stores are great. Their app now wont even start.

Trying to add the rewards card to Apple Wallet and its telling me to check my connection. No connectivity issues found please fix.

I cannot add my ace rewards to Apple wallet. It has problems. You may want to fix it.

I really like this app. Its helped a lot on saving money at the hardware store. As for Carrying rewards cards, I use the app called mobile pocket from the App Store. Its free also, and I keep all my rewards cards on my phone. Okay, now Im not happy... So I scanned my rewards card into my iPhone using Mobile Pocket. when I went to my ace hardware store, and pulled it up on my phone, The cashier told me it wouldnt scan from my phone. She said they had tried it on several phones and it didnt work. So I lost my reward points that day... When I got home I looked at my rewards card, and compared it to my scan on my iPhone. For some reason when you scan it in your phone, it puts a four in front of the barcode numbers. I tried to remove the four so that my scan matched my card, but then my phone said it was an invalid card number. I dont know why it added that 4 in front of the barcode number, but my card doesnt have the four in front of the number. But thanks for making me miss my rewards points that day...

These days, no app for any kind of retail store is going to get any rating about three stars unless it has passbook support. Come on developers, passbook support is simple to add.

Horrible app. Too many adds, poor internal search, no passbook support, and very very slow.

Takes a full 15 seconds for the app to start up. And, theres no passbook feature. So, you have to stand at the checkout counter for a full15 seconds in order to flash your rewards card number. The people waiting in back of me hate it--and so do I! Higher new programmers.

Opened one time first install then just locks up

Just installed this. Looked good the first time I tried it. Then it crashed and wont open again. :(

Looked great but every time I asked to shop the ad I had to enter my zip and when I was done it would take me back to my home screen. Unusable !

I have never been able to open or use this app since I down loaded it. Freezes on ACE screen. Glad it was free cuz I just had delete it for being useless. Shows how much they care about their customers.

I would like to say this app could be good BUT, I kept getting an error trying to link my rewards card to my logon. Then it just kept crashing. Fix these few things and will see how it goes after that.

As an ace employee I used to use the app quite a bit but It crashes way to much. I hope they fix it soon so I can get back to using it.

This app has the potential to be a great app but it crashes way too often. I really hope they can fix this problem.

Cant do anything without it freezing up then crashing. Dont waste your time downloading.

When you go to view this weeks ad, this App crashes every single time. Only reason I got this app was for the weekly Ad. Guess Im off to Home Depot. Sorry Ace.
