Ace Hardware App Reviews

I linked the app to my ACE reward card number. The app shows my card number but not the bar code. This app needs to show the bar code so I dont need the key ring. Fix the crashing with the ads.

All the app does is start up and say ACE then freezes.

Crashes when I try to use the search function.

Very buggy app. Really bad. Ace stores are great. Their app not so much.

I got the app to do everything except find my local Ace. Then, the search and weekly stopped working, because it kept needing to find my local Ace. Now I cant even open the app. I just get Ace. the helpful place. Ive deleted and reinstalled several times to no avail. Good store, bad app.

Crashes constantly. VERY frustrating. Fix it!!

Great App but,,,,, Terribly Slow search Engine , & Load Time Upon opening the App.

Fix your app, when you go to look at the AD the program crashes !!!

This app has not worked in months. Tried to reload and nothing. Nobody seems to care. What s shame.

Needs. Bar code and also a link to put it Passbook on iPhone. Apple pay would also be nice

I downloaded to my iphone yesterday and signed up for Ace Rewards on it. It was working fine. Today I tried to just find out the hours of my local store and when I do get it to open it wont find a store. And I cant get into the rewards part even to find out my number. I deleted it and downloaded it again and it still doesnt work. It says its optimized for iphone 5 and I have a 6. That should not make a difference, should it?

If you want to compete with the big box stores you need to immediately fix this mess. It worked at one time. Now I cant get it to do much of anything. Hello...are you listening??? If I go to the L or HD apps they work ALL THE TIME. Yours needs to also.

Just like everyone else Screen opens to ACE and nothing happens.

A plastic mini trash can for $113.94? I dont think so. Deleted.

45 minutes later, I still cant order two of the same item because the edit function in the Shopping Cart doesnt work! Selecting the store is another nightmare! This app is ridiculously cumbersome! The mobile site is no better! Goodbye ACE! Home Depot, here I come!

I figured that since the other bad reviews were a few months old, ACE would have fixed the app by now. Nope. Still broken! Wake up, ACE. Pull the app out of the store until it functions.

Very disappointed in this app. Set my store and shopped for some products, and when I tried to check availability in my local store, it asked for my city, state, or zip code. Did not search based on my set store like other hardware store apps. Even after I entered my zip code, I got an error that the app could not use the location info I entered. Deleted app as it did not do what I was hoping it would do. That is check product availability in my set store.

I read all of the other reviews and thought to myself "Surely, it cannot be that horrible". Well, you CAN find things at Ace that are for sale, you can put them in your cart, but that is it. It completely stalls when you try to search your location. I saw that these reviews must be exaggerating. They are not. I wonder if Ace even reads these reviews. I also wonder why they even have an App. I can only assume that people who work at Ace never use the app.
